About this opportunity

Gleeds has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bid & Proposals Manager to join our team in Riyadh. We are seeking a self‑starting, energetic and innovative person to fulfil this position. The Bid & Proposals Manager is responsible for organising and producing first‑class proposals, presentations and related marketing materials while working closely with the Gleeds leadership. The successful candidate will be skilled in managing multiple proposal responses and be extremely organised.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Technical Lead/teams to create and design high‑quality proposals, including bid submissions, interview presentations and capability documents.
  • Respond to and coordinate the production of responses to RFQs, RFPs and interview presentations, which can include technical writing, graphics and research.
  • Log bids and keep all related information up‑to‑date on all systems, acting as CRM lead to ensure accurate data input.
  • Produce business development briefing reports as required.
  • Work with technical staff to develop proposal content and project information.
  • Track RFQ/RFP opportunities and maintain company bidding material.
  • Prepare and maintain project experience, and staff resumes.
  • Assist with special events preparation and attendance.
Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
  • 8+ total years experience, with 5+ years of similar experience working for a construction, engineering, architecture or consulting firm.
  • 3+ years living and working in GCC.
  • Experience of KSA related projects & bids.
  • Ability to demonstrate experience successfully managing high‑value bids.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated and results driven.
  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work within a deadline‑driven environment.
  • Fluent English language skills written & verbal.
