A global beauty leader is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will drive sales performance, lead a team of Beauty Advisors, and manage retail partnerships. The successful candidate will have a degree in Business Administration and 1-2 years of experience in sales within the beauty or FMCG sector. Strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in Arabic and English, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or key account supervision within the beauty or FMCG industry (1–2 years).
• Understanding of the Saudi retail landscape, including modern trade and local perfumeries.
• Proactive, agile, solution-oriented, and thrive under pressure in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive sell-out performance of COTY brands across retail and duty paid stores.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors.
• Maintain strong business relationships with store managers and retail partners.
• Report on field activities and performance metrics.
