Job Description

You will drive sales of architectural glass solutions in Saudi Arabia, building and managing relationships with construction stakeholders, ensuring full alignment with Future Architectural Glass standards, and achieving aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, develop, and manage new B2B client relationships with construction firms, developers, architects, and consultants in Saudi Arabia.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities using BANT criteria; log and update all prospect / customer data in CRM.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to the Saudi market.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and commercial terms, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise cross-functionally with Estimation, Product Managers, and Specification Architects to ensure technical / customer requirements are translated into solutions.
  • Track project pipelines, follow up on quotes, and provide after-sales support.
  • Meet / exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs (conversion rates, revenue, client satisfaction).
  • Maintain up-to-date market intelligence: monitor competitor activity and report local market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Saudi business and regulatory practices.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings across the KSA region.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (business, engineering, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in construction / building materials, ideally architectural glass or facades.
  • Existing client base and network in the Saudi construction sector preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
  • Valid KSA driver’s license and ability to travel within the Kingdom.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
