Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks, teas, and smoothies, following standardized recipes.

Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and seasonal beverage offerings.

Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and upselling as appropriate.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the barista station, service areas, and seating zones.

Monitor inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies; inform supervisor of restocking needs.

Comply with hygiene, health, and safety guidelines at all times.

Handle cash, credit card, or room charge transactions accurately.

Assist in training new team members on barista duties and service standards.

Support other F&B service areas as needed during peak hours or special events.
