Barista in Medina (Pakistani and Egyptian Nationals)

As a Barista in Medina, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers. You will work closely with the rest of the cafe team to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all customers. This position requires individuals who are passionate about coffee, have excellent customer service skills, and can handle a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the beverage station, equipment, and dining area
• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
• Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other ingredients
• Work closely with the kitchen team to fulfill food orders
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements

• Pakistani or Egyptian nationality preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (both speaking and writing)
• Minimum 12th grade pass or equivalent education
• Previous experience as a barista is not required but preferred
• Must be able to work part‑time hours (20 hours per week)
• Must have a valid visa for Saudi Arabia or be eligible for visa sponsorship by the company
