Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Candidates should have a strong sales background and the ability to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and maximize revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote brand awareness.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
