Job summary

An aerospace and defense contractor in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Powertrain Technician to conduct maintenance on aircraft power train and rotor systems. The role requires extensive experience and qualifications, including 10 years of powertrain maintenance on AH-64/UH-60 aircraft, FAA certifications, and strong communication skills. The technician will be responsible for ensuring operational readiness, safety, and quality control throughout maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience performing Powertrain maintenance on AH-64/UH-60 aircraft power train systems.
• FAA A&P certification is required.
• Graduate of a US Military aircraft power train maintenance course or civilian equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure powertrain maintenance functional activities are synchronized to achieve operational readiness.
• Report on aviation power train maintenance to the Aviation Maintenance Manager.
• Support the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team processes.
