Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in PMO consulting.
• Proven expertise in developing Target Operating Models (TOMs) for PMO/EPMO functions.
• Strong experience in designing PMO frameworks, governance models, methodologies, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine PMO and EPMO operating models.
• Build performance management frameworks including KPIs and dashboards.
• Support alignment of PMO practices with organisational strategy.
