Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in cost control and estimation on large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects.
• Strong technical skills in cost engineering, benchmarking, and earned value analysis.
• Solid knowledge of contract frameworks (FIDIC and similar) and change/claims processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate cost estimates for business cases, RFPs, variation orders.
• Develop and monitor project and portfolio-level budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow profiles.
• Implement the PMO’s Cost Management Guideline across OpCos and projects.
