Responsibilities

3. Utilize specialized tools and equipment to conduct inspections and repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
4. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
5. Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues and provide recommendations for repairs.
6. Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through continuous education and training.
