Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly unit sale targets by guiding the customer through a structured journey.
• Maximize the uptake of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products.
• Maintain expected standards on Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Capture and manage customer data in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
