The project:

This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities.

Mace is currently providing programme management and are looking for high-calibre experienced people.

You’ll be responsible:
  • Leads and owns the planning function across assigned portfolios, ensuring effective scheduling and monitoring.
  • Implements planning and project controls procedures, aligning with business standards across projects.
  • Manages planning for complex projects or business units, providing strategic oversight and direction.
  • Oversees planning, scheduling, EVM, and project controls methodologies for medium to high complexity programs.
  • Provides expert analysis and corrective actions for complex planning requirements.
  • Communicates effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Develops plans and trend analyses using advanced numerical and statistical techniques.
  • Supports senior management in negotiations, contracts, and business development activities.
  • Leads and mentors planning teams, fostering high performance and career development.
  • Promotes sustainability and net zero carbon goals, integrating environmental responsibility into project delivery.
You’ll need to have:
  • Qualified professional with a degree in construction, programme, project, or commercial management and relevant industry experience.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and maintaining collaborative client relationships across project lifecycles.
