You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead preparation and execution of contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licenses.
• Manage large teams, driving behaviours that deliver KPIs and foster continuous improvement.
• Oversee valuations, cost control, and enforce robust reporting services.
• Direct production and client presentation of monthly post‑contract cost reports.
• Identify costs linked to design changes, awards, construction activities, and client charges.
• Evaluate contractor and subcontractor claims for delays and additional costs.
• Ensure timely issuance of practical completion and defect resolution certificates.
• Champion best practice, process improvements, and net zero carbon goals across delivery.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree qualification in the relevant subject essential.
• 15+ years postgraduate professional experience is essential.
• Stadium, Events or Sports venue experience is an advantage.
• Chartered or professional membership is an advantage.
