Our client is a leading Advertising group with offices in Saudi Arabia and is seeking to hire an experienced "AssociateCreative Director" for their offices in Riyadh, KSA. The position reports to the Creative Department Head.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Account Executives to develop and execute creative strategies that align with clients' business objectives and target audiences
  • Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, including copywriters, art directors, and designers, to ensure the highest quality of work and timely delivery of projects
  • Create and oversee the development of advertising concepts, campaigns, and visuals across multiple platforms, including print, digital, and social media
  • Present creative work to clients and stakeholders, and effectively communicate the rationale behind the creative choices made
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, production, and media, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into creative strategies and campaigns
  • Ensure all creative work meets the agency's quality standards and adheres to clients' brand guidelines and legal requirements
