Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily operations and maintaining smooth service
  • Lead and motivate staff to uphold high standards of food quality and customer service
  • Manage inventory, place orders, and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment
  • Participate in menu planning and implementation of new initiatives
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Step in for the Restaurant Manager when necessary, demonstrating strong leadership skills
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation
  • Analyze sales data and suggest improvements to increase revenue

Qualifications
  • Saudi nationality required
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role in the food service industry

  • Proven ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
