Job summary

A real estate services company is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering and experience in construction management. This is a full-time on-site position.

What this job involves:

• Assist in planning, coordinating and executing the construction of prefabricated steel warehouses ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC and refrigeration systems ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential delays or issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards and environmental guidelines.
• Support the Project Manager in managing stakeholder relationships and resolving on-site challenges.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Experience in construction project management with a focus on prefabricated steel buildings, warehouses or factories.
• Proven expertise in the design, installation and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials and safety standards.
