Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Assistant Outlet Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will support the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a motivated, well-trained team. This role requires a proactive leader with strong communication skills, a passion for service excellence, and a commitment to maintaining Miraval’s brand standards.

Fluency in Arabic is required for this role to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead and supervise the team, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Support training and development initiatives for team members in line with Miraval's service philosophy.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety.
  • Handle guest feedback promptly and effectively to ensure service recovery.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage cost controls.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and guest experiences.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required.
  • Excellent communication in English.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and F&B operations best practices.
