Job description

Qiddiya Investment Company, a leading figure in the development of entertainment and cultural experiences in Saudi Arabia, is in search of an Assistant Manager - Procurement to enhance our procurement operations.

In this pivotal role, you will assist in managing procurement activities, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure that all procurement needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and managing RFX, following QIC polices and best industry practice as effective tool in all Procurement and contracting cycle that cover sourcing, supply, contract pre-award, award and closure activities.
  • Prepare, coordinate and manage all activities related to RFX (review/validate SOW, build the RFX, managing pre and post bidding process that include technical and commercial evaluations, negotiation with bidders and award recommendation reports.
  • Lead and operate full contract live-cycle from the contract drafting process, T&Cs negotiating and incorporating the effect of all negotiations to achieve a mutually agreed upon agreement in alignment with legal team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide procurement/contracting advices/guidance to non-procurement staff within the line of business.
  • Administrate the contract during the execution such as (Extensions, terminations, amendments, change orders, and disputes (if any)).
  • Assist in drafting and developing QIC suit of templates in a coordination with legal team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in formulating, implementing and improving QIC procurement policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and dealing with competing priorities meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
