Overview

Responsibilities
- Drive Third-Party Maintenance services sales, manage sales pipeline, and achieve targets with strong knowledge of IT infrastructure services.
- Drive sales growth and lead product development for Calcium Carbonate paint, requiring strong technical skills and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Operate heavy machinery for material handling, perform inspections, maintain safety compliance, and possess a valid operator's license with relevant experience.
- Conduct routine analysis and testing of calcium carbonate and minerals, ensuring quality control and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Develop relationships and provide technical support in industrial chemicals and paint, focusing on sales growth and product demonstrations for key accounts.
- Maintain Integrated Management System, conduct audits, ensure quality compliance, and manage ISO certifications in Calcium Carbonate manufacturing.
- Support program master schedule development, coordinate with contractors, ensure accurate progress measurement, and maintain planning databases for large-scale construction projects.
- Manage contract administration, ensure compliance, support negotiations, and maintain documentation for large-scale projects requiring strong legal and organizational skills.
- Develop and implement BIM strategy, ensure data integrity, coordinate multi-disciplinary design, and provide guidance to teams with strong technical management skills.
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing ticketing systems, and conducting system audits for optimal performance.
- Establish program planning, develop master schedules, assess risks, and ensure alignment with procurement and construction for effective project execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for interface integration, develop documentation, conduct testing, and mentor staff while ensuring data integrity and performance improvement.
- Diagnose, repair, and install hydraulic systems in light trucks, ensuring compliance and performing maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field (required).
- Diploma in hydraulics (preferred).
- 1 - 6 years of relevant experience.
- Location: Riyadh; Dammam/Khobar/Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia (and other listed locations as applicable).
- Valid operator's license for heavy machinery (where required).
