Overview

As Assistant Manager - BI Architect, the role involves developing, designing, and implementing interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau, with a strong focus on usability, performance, flexibility, and user experience. Expertise in Power Platform tools is essential, including building custom applications with Power Apps, designing secure low‑code websites using Power Pages, and integrating Power BI with other tools within the platform to provide seamless business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and implementation of BI strategies aligned with organizational objectives while driving innovation and best practices across Power BI, Tableau, and Power Platform tools.
• Collaborate with the Data Governance & Quality division to ensure adherence to data governance and privacy standards.
• Develop, design, and implement interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data integration and maintain complex data models with relationships, calculations, and measures to enable robust analytics.
• Mentor junior BI developers, fostering skill development, and acting as a subject matter expert in BI tools and architecture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics, with expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Pages).
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology or any related fields.
