Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and efficient Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing the maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of equipment and systems.

  • Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors
  • Help manage maintenance budgets and control expenses
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Analyze maintenance data and prepare reports for upper management
  • Participate in equipment procurement and upgrade decisions
  • Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate rapid resolutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to minimize disruptions during maintenance activities
  • Assist in training and developing maintenance team members
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
