Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth office functioning. This includes visiting the Saudi government's offices, managing utilities (Electricity, Water, Telecomm), coordinating with internal departments (customs, CITES) and assisting in general business support activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Support utility management and liaise with service providers.
  • Coordinate with banks for account openings and related administrative requirements.
  • Assist the IT team with basic coordination and support activities.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and internal bookings.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including ticket bookings.
  • Support company events, staff requirements, and office operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies.
Government & Regulatory Compliance:
  • Visit government offices to apply for necessary permits, licenses, and services as required by various regulatory entities.
  • Liaise with the CITES office to follow up and monitor the ongoing submission.
  • Handle liaison with Saudi Customs office and other port authorities to support clearance operations, troubleshoot issues, and expedite the flow of shipments, if needed.
  • Handling the Saudi government portals such as Gosi, Qiwa, Mudad, immigration and MOI.

  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English
