Job Responsibilities:
- Perform various functions including packing, shipment and taking deliveries
- Manage inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and storage of goods
- Handle receiving, storing, inventorying, and issue of items
- Assist in maintaining warehouse operations and ensuring compliance with regulations and in-house processes & procedures
- Manage all off landing in according to in-house P&P
- Gather reviewed and proposed inventory adjustments from onshore/offshore and submit for approval to managers
- Update and keep track of good-in-transit items, off-landed items and scrap items on weekly and monthly basis in accordance with SCM policy
Additional Responsibilities:
- Reviewing the Group Fleet Critical Spares requirements in accordance to ship specific and as per Tech IMS manual
- Track and provide monthly report on the submission of Vessel Monthly Inventory Report in Sharepoint, follow-up with TSI for no submission
- Track and follow-up with TSI on vessel dry-dock or off-hire schedule, arrange 100% stock take as per IMS requirement - twice every 5 years
- Full compliance with Aesen Health and Safety policies
- Full compliance with Aesen Alcohol and Drug policies
- Full compliance with Aesen Environmental policy
- Participate in the improvement of Aesen safety culture
- Reporting any hazardous condition to the immediate supervisor and warning colleagues for their safety or health as necessary
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in warehouse / logistic environment
- Shall be committed to upholding and promoting Aesen company values including a collective and personal responsibility to safety which may include various personnel safety KPI's set by management
