Job Summary

The Assistant Director of F&B is responsible for assisting the Director of Food & Beverage in the overall administration and operation of the F&B Division in sections appointed. Play a major role in achieving highest guest satisfaction levels through applying proper guidelines to service team and constant follow up on service delivery and food quality checks.

  • Manage the F&B budget, control costs, and optimize revenue through strategic pricing and menu development.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff, fostering a highly skilled and motivated team.
