Job Purpose
Assist in the execution of brand strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive growth, maintain brand consistency, and support the development of the category/brand. Collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners to ensure smooth implementation of marketing and digital activities.
Key Accountabilities
- Brand Strategy Support: Assist in developing and executing brand strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional plans. Support category portfolio management to ensure visibility and consistency.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate marketing campaigns and brand initiatives, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all channels.
- Market Insights: Conduct market and consumer research, monitor competitors, and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
- Brand Activations & Events: Assist in planning and executing activations, events, and experiential marketing activities, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Support sourcing and coordination with suppliers and vendors for marketing materials and promotional items.
- Digital Marketing: Contribute to social media, website, and digital campaigns. Assist in content creation and performance tracking to optimize engagement.
- Agency Coordination: Liaise with creative and marketing agencies for campaign execution, content development, and brand compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and digital teams to ensure alignment and smooth campaign execution.
- Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare performance reports and support brand budget tracking under the supervision of the Brand Manager.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or related functions.
- Languages: Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) at an advanced level.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for conveying brand messages clearly and effectively, as well as for collaborating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
