Job Purpose

Assist in the execution of brand strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive growth, maintain brand consistency, and support the development of the category/brand. Collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners to ensure smooth implementation of marketing and digital activities.

Key Accountabilities
  • Brand Strategy Support: Assist in developing and executing brand strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional plans. Support category portfolio management to ensure visibility and consistency.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate marketing campaigns and brand initiatives, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across all channels.
  • Market Insights: Conduct market and consumer research, monitor competitors, and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Brand Activations & Events: Assist in planning and executing activations, events, and experiential marketing activities, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Support sourcing and coordination with suppliers and vendors for marketing materials and promotional items.
  • Digital Marketing: Contribute to social media, website, and digital campaigns. Assist in content creation and performance tracking to optimize engagement.
  • Agency Coordination: Liaise with creative and marketing agencies for campaign execution, content development, and brand compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and digital teams to ensure alignment and smooth campaign execution.
  • Reporting & Budgeting: Prepare performance reports and support brand budget tracking under the supervision of the Brand Manager.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or related functions.
