Qualifications

• Ongoing postgraduate studies or certification in Sport Psychology is an advantage.
• 0–1 years of experience in psychology, coaching, or internships in sports settings.
• Previous voluntary work with athletes, teams, or academic research is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Mental Coach in preparing and organizing mental training sessions.
• Support in conducting basic psychological assessments under supervision.
• Help develop presentation materials and maintain confidential records.
• Conduct basic research on topics like motivation and stress management.
• Assist in arranging workshops and coordinate with related departments.

Skills

Basic understanding of psychological principles
