A fast-growing casual dining group is seeking a talented Asian Chef to join its expanding team in Saudi Arabia. The company operates a modern delivery and takeaway concept specializing in creative noodle and Asian-inspired cuisine, with plans for further growth across the Kingdom.

Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative chef with a passion for authentic Asian flavors. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prepare a diverse range of dishes, lead a kitchen team, and contribute to menu development while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

  • Prepare and execute a wide variety of Asian dishes with authenticity, quality, and presentation.
  • Develop and innovate new menu items to appeal to a broad customer base.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring strong teamwork and proper training.
  • Oversee kitchen operations including inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with management to set and achieve kitchen performance goals.
  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as an Asian Chef.
