Job Description

As an Area Supervisor Assistant, you’ll play a hands‑on role supporting the exterior operations and logistics that keep the festival running safely and smoothly. You’ll coordinate with BWG and local authorities, help deploy critical infrastructure, and ensure the safe and efficient ingress and egress of attendees each day.

Pre‑show / Post‑show
  • Study required plans and project materials shared by BWG Project leadership.
  • Study event website: https://mdlbeast.com/events/soundstorm-25
  • Participate in pre‑show training briefings. This may include (but not limited to) BWG training call to review Project materials and operations plans.
  • Provide detailed, accurate and honest After Action Report feedback and notes regarding Project (must be completed by deadline set by BWG Project leadership).
On‑site
  • Participate in and successfully complete on‑site training. This training may include (but not limited to) Site Safety training, Orientation training, and Job‑Specific training (in‑person drive‑throughs, walkthroughs, briefings and vendor/client meetings).
  • Work with Project leadership to track, report on, and help manage pre‑show Exterior Operations builds. This may include (but not limited to) the deployment of critical site infrastructure (jersey barriers, light towers, signage, pedestrian barrier etc.) to support parking operations, traffic management, drop‑offs/pick‑ups and pedestrian management.
  • Help with the facilitation of a safe and efficient event ingress and event egress.
  • Oversee tasks and needs on the ground.
  • Liaise with parking, traffic and local entities to ensure the safe and efficient execution of Project operations plans.
  • Assist and liaise on show days to oversee operations and assigned BWG staff.
  • Support the department and all staff in your area. Work in conjunction with BWG to ensure all infrastructure and load‑in/load‑out operations go smoothly.
  • Be able to assess and present solutions for any issues related to ingress/egress.
  • Assist with infrastructure and signage build as needed.
  • Organize, pack up and inventory all departmental supplies.
  • Ensure all operational details and job duties are communicated to BWG Project leadership.
Qualifications

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Own laptop and smartphone with WhatsApp.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (G Suite).
  • Team‑oriented, reliable, and attentive to detail in a fast‑moving operational environment.
Additional Information

Compensation: SAR 600 per day.

On‑site dates: December 8 – 14 2025.

Location: Riyadh, KSA.

High‑performing candidates may be invited to join future large‑scale event management projects.
