  • Managing sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals accordingly
  • Meeting with key clients and assisting sales teams with maintaining relationships

  • Preparing periodic sales reports showing sales volumes, potential sales, and areas for proposed client base expansion
  • Analyzing and controlling expenditures of Retail Sales in the region to conform to Sales budget requirements
  • Reducing customer complaints to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Managing the communication between Retail sales and various organizational entities, including sales teams and the ICT department regarding hand‑held device updates and HHT database issues
  • Administering retail sales route activities such as planning routes, creating new routes, merging routes, or closing unprofitable routes
  • Supervising the work of stores and depots in the region, analyzing their performance, and conducting periodic visits to those sites
  • Monitoring the cleanliness and appearance of sales vehicles in compliance with policies and procedures
Ideal Candidate Should Have
  • Bachelor Degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field
  • 5-6 years of experience in a related field – bakery/FMCG experience is preferred and native experience is much preferred
  • Knowledge in retail sale strategies
