A contracting company based in Riyadh is seeking a qualified Architect / Technical Office Engineer with a minimum of 6 years of experience in construction projects within Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review architectural shop drawings
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure design consistency
• Prepare and submit drawing submittals to the consultant and follow up until approval
• Prepare and track material submittals for consultant approval
• Conduct quantity take-offs and assist in technical documentation
• Provide the final shop drawings for the on-site team after approval for execution
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local construction standards
