Job summary

A global engineering firm in Riyadh is seeking an experienced professional for Architectural supervision. Responsibilities include monitoring finishing activities, ensuring compliance with standards, and conducting quality control inspections. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering and at least 7 years of experience in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction or architectural roles.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes.
• Ability to lead snagging inspections.

About the Role

• Inspection of works carried out by the contractor in respect of the works relative to the Architectural scope of works and systems.
• Monitoring installation of all finishing activities of the project to ensure compliance with approved and proper standards.
• Supervise and verify the quality control of site Architectural works to ensure conformity with all contract documents for the project.
• Review Contractor's QA test Reports of various Finishing systems.
• Carry out daily surveillance Inspections to the site works to ensure the contractor's compliance with the drawings, specifications, and Material approvals.
• Carry out technical assignments for materials and equipment being procured for the project through Material delivery report.
• Witness regularly various QA/QC off-site tests carried out on Architectural works, by the independent lab for all finishing products when required.
• Carry out all the snagging inspections and share the snag list with the Senior team.
