Our Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect or Senior Architect to join our team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional design solutions for complex and demanding projects, with a strong focus on residential, commercial, and hospitality architecture, as well as the Food and Beverage sector.

Responsibilities

As an Architect or Senior Architect within our team, you will be tasked with the following key responsibilities :

  • Lead the design development of architectural projects, including conceptualization, schematic design, and detailed design stages.
  • Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Supervise and guide junior architects and technicians, providing mentorship and technical support.
  • Prepare and present design concepts, drawings, and technical documentation to clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections, review construction progress, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, design trends, and technological advancements in architecture.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance on architectural matters to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Professional registration or eligibility for registration as an Architect (e.g., ARB, RIBA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience of at least 5–10 years in a similar architectural role, with a focus on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in architectural design software and industry-standard practices (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
