Job Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative Landscape Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Landscape Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing sustainable, aesthetically pleasing, and functional outdoor spaces that enhance our clients’ properties and communities.

  • Develop comprehensive landscape design concepts for a variety of projects, ranging from residential to commercial and public spaces
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including architects, engineers, and environmental specialists, to create integrated design solutions
  • Produce detailed construction documents, including plans, elevations, and specifications
  • Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to inform design decisions
  • Incorporate sustainable design practices and water‑efficient landscaping techniques suitable for the arid climate of Saudi Arabia
  • Manage projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating design intent and rationale
  • Stay updated on local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards related to landscape architecture
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the landscape architecture department
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture; Master’s degree is a plus
  • 6–10 years of experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Proficiency in industry‑standard software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), SketchUp, and Rhino
  • Experience with 3D rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion
  • Strong knowledge of design detailing, construction techniques, and project documentation
  • Familiarity with design, tender, and construction processes
  • Experience working on large‑scale projects in arid climates
  • Understanding of sustainable landscape design practices and water conservation techniques
  • Knowledge of local flora and climate conditions in Saudi Arabia
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work
