Job summary

A leading talent acquisition consultancy in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Welding Inspector with Aramco approval to ensure quality, safety, and compliance of mechanical and piping systems in alignment with Aramco standards. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 8 years of experience in inspection, and knowledge of piping codes and standards. This role will involve conducting thorough inspections, preparing reports, and collaborating with project teams to uphold operational integrity and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is mandatory.
  • 8+ years of mechanical and piping inspection experience, preferably in Oil & Gas.
  • Aramco approval as Mechanical and Piping Inspector is required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of mechanical and piping systems per Aramco standards.
  • Evaluate quality of materials and workmanship during installations.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with project management to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Perform inspections during various construction stages to meet safety standards.
  • Provide guidance to construction teams to rectify identified issues.
  • Participate in quality meetings communication inspection findings.
