Apt Resources is seeking a Warehouse Officer to join our client’s team in the power generators and industrial machinery sector in Riyadh . The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and proven experience in managing stores, inventory, and spare parts to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching generators and spare parts.
  • Maintain accurate stock records, ensuring proper tracking and timely replenishment of inventory.
  • Implement and monitor warehouse procedures to optimize storage space, minimize losses, and ensure product quality.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and service teams to align warehouse activities with business needs.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security regulations within the warehouse.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of warehouse management experience, preferably within power generators, industrial machinery, or spare parts industries.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and ERP / WMS systems.
