Job summary

Job description

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Able to write technical reports and treatment proposals.
• Master the water Analysis tests; provides input during the initial survey during the commissioning stage and ongoing customer service in compliance with the Application Quality Plan.
• Responsible for providing services and assisting customers with problem‑solving support regarding their products / applications / solutions.
• Provide on‑site field service and over‑the‑phone or on‑site assistance.
• Conduct site surveys and product / application / system audits.
• Discusses and advises clients regarding results obtained from sampling; establishes and meets customer needs when adjusting the treatment program as well as ensuring the satisfactory performance of the plant; advises clients regarding the possibility of upgrading and improvements the company can provide.
• Chemical Preparation and dosing in the sites.
• Supervises chemical cleaning and disinfecting operations; carries out on‑site chemicals inventory; ensures P.O. as necessary is submitted by clients and that deliveries are prompt.
• Ensures all standard equipment and reagents for the laboratory and field analysis work are properly maintained; prepares site / field analysis reports; maintains meticulous records of all tests etc.
• Performs any other work‑related duties as directed by the Chemical Business Manager- Eastern Province or his designee.

• Before visiting any site factory and / or warehouse make sure to inform the safety team to get the right induction and prepare LMRA and the needed PPE.
• Always maintain office safety such as keeping your files / papers in the correct place, keeping the drawers closed after use, arranging the electrical cables secured to avoid slips & trips, reporting any lost connections or damaged electrical components and ensuring your office is clean and tidy.
• Report to HR / HSE if you are facing stress fatigue or any form of harassment or bullying at the workplace.
