As an Analyst - Document Controller at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity and accessibility of project documentation for our groundbreaking entertainment and leisure initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing documentation processes, which are vital for maintaining project workflows and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the organization, tracking, and storage of all project documents, including reports, contracts, plans, and correspondence.
  • Implement document control procedures that align with company policies and project requirements.
  • Facilitate the review and approval processes of documents, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed.
  • Maintain a system for version control and document distribution, ensuring all team members have access to the latest information.
  • Provide support and training to team members on document management practices and tools.
  • Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various teams to streamline document workflows and enhance communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
