The opportunity

Our FAAS practice is one of the fastest growing areas of our business. As a result, we have a recruitment need for an assistant manager to join our team to support services related to accounting projects in the public and private sector. The role will be based in Riyadh.

Your key responsibilities
  • Leading the design, documentation, and enhancement of business processes, standard operating procedures, and workflow frameworks within revenue optimization programs.
  • Developing operating models and organizational blueprints to standardize practices across government entities.
  • Preparing guideline manuals, policies, and visual process maps using PowerPoint and business process modeling tools.
  • Supporting transformation teams in aligning processes with financial and performance objectives.
  • Coordinating with client stakeholders to validate, test, and roll out the new procedures.
Skills and attributes for success
  • Strong capability in process design, SOP development, and workflow optimization.
  • Experience in operating model design and process re‑engineering.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and documentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into practical improvements.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Professional certification: CMA or FMVA.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a Big 4 firm.
  • Proven experience in developing policies, guidelines, and process manuals for government transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, process automation, or BPM tools.
  • Experience in the public sector operating model design and workflow digitization.
