Job summary

A leading ground services provider in Jeddah is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Agent to support passengers with check in, baggage processing, and VIP assistance. You will handle customer complaints and ensure a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and relevant experience, along with intermediate English and advanced Arabic language skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • 0 - 1 year of relevant experience required.
  • Intermediate English and advanced Arabic language skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct customer services including check in and baggage checking.
  • Assist passengers with special requirements during check in.
  • Coordinate with other airport areas to ensure passenger needs are met.
  • Maintain safety and security in alignment with regulations.
  • Assist with hotel reservations and ground transportation.
  • Issue boarding passes and resolve customer requests.
