Overview
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that program and project requirements are being met.
 
- Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client and the stakeholders.
 
- Review submitted shop drawings and material submittals against the drawings & specifications, local codes, statutory requirements, and international airport design and operations best practices.
 
- Ensure compliance with all Hill internal processes and procedures.
 
- Effective verbal and written communication proficiency.
 
- Time management and task prioritization skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
 
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
 
- Minimum 10 years of relevant airport experience in large-scale projects.
 
- Prepares interior design RFPs and drawings for projects, including conceptual design, space planning, and drawing layout, development of details, construction documents, coordination with other disciplines, and construction administration.
 
- Determines design criteria based on ADRM and ICAO, drawing sequence and presentation, sizing various system components, and refining rough sketches and notes to include materials, furniture, and casework elements.
 
- Responsible for working on all phases of company projects, such as client and stakeholder relationships, design, specifications, project team coordination, construction documents, and consultant interaction.
 
- Gathers and prepares information regarding cost and time estimates, material requirements, and completion times.
 
- Supervise and monitor work progress.
 
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, consultants, and constructors.
 
- Experience of working internationally (preference for the Middle East / KSA).
