Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Inspector with a strong engineering background (10+ years of experience). The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, evaluating, and ensuring the quality and compliance of agricultural systems, irrigation networks, and landscape works according to engineering standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field inspections of agricultural and landscaping works, including irrigation, drainage, and soil systems.
  • Verify that construction and maintenance activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Review and interpret engineering plans related to agricultural systems and provide technical feedback when needed.
  • Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship on-site and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions; prepare detailed inspection reports.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and maintenance teams to schedule inspections and resolve technical issues.
  • Support the implementation of sustainable agricultural practices and water-efficient irrigation systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, photographs, and follow-up actions.
  • Stay informed about new agricultural technologies, local regulations, and engineering best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience in agricultural operations, irrigation, or maintenance projects.
  • Strong understanding of irrigation systems, soil management, drainage networks, and landscape engineering.
  • Proven experience in inspection, reporting, and quality control within an engineering or agricultural environment.
  • Excellent communication and report‑writing skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with engineering drawings and inspection tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
