A leading Agile consultancy in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide teams in Agile methodologies, facilitate ceremonies, and conduct training sessions. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks. This role promotes continuous improvement and requires excellent communication skills. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching or as a Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience in transforming teams to Agile practices.

Responsibilities

  • Guide teams in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions on Agile practices.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation.
  • Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to align on goals.
  • Assess team maturity in Agile practices and provide recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching & Mentoring: Guide teams in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Training: Conduct workshops and training sessions on Agile practices for teams and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptation, enhancing team dynamics and performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and leadership to align on goals and expectations.
  • Assessment: Assess team maturity in Agile practices and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Agile Certified Coach) preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching or in a Scrum Master role. Proven experience in transforming teams to Agile practices.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in Agile frameworks and methodologies.
    • Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to influence and drive change at various organizational levels.
