A prominent company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee administrative services and support executive teams. Responsibilities include supervising operations, planning events, and managing office supplies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience are essential. This position requires strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
The Administrator is responsible to plan, develop, coordinate, and direct the activities related to several functional areas of administrative services.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent working knowledge of English (oral and written)
High proficiency in Computer Office Applications and Programs (MS Excel, Word etc.). Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills. Attention to detail.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
