Role Overview

The Administrative Specialist – Property Expropriation is responsible for managing and monitoring administrative procedures related to property expropriation for public interest, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role focuses on organizing files, reviewing legal documents, preparing minutes and reports, and supporting committee operations in coordination with relevant authorities, in line with governance and transparency standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting, organizing, and maintaining data and files related to properties subject to expropriation procedures.
  • Reviewing property deeds and legal documents to ensure completeness and compliance.
  • Preparing administrative and legal files to support property expropriation committees.
  • Preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and periodic reports on procedural progress.
  • Following up on transactions and decisions related to objections and complaints from an administrative and regulatory perspective.
  • Coordinating with relevant government authorities and managing official correspondence.
  • Communicating with property owners to explain procedures and address administrative inquiries.
  • Archiving and maintaining records and documents in accordance with governance and regulatory requirements.
