About the job

Draken is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

As an Administrative Assistant your key responsibilities will be:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Dhahran and Riyadh teams.
  • Assist with the management of company assets and loan items (mobiles, laptops, etc.).
  • Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for staff and visitors.
  • Create and distribute internal communications and announcements as required.
  • Assist with HR documentation, including new starter contracts and onboarding paperwork.
  • Support with visas, Iqama issuance, base passes, and other employee documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with KSA Labour Law and company policies in administrative practices.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (both electronic and hard copy) and ensure confidentiality of information.
  • Assist with meeting scheduling, room bookings, and preparation of agendas and minutes.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic management information as needed.
  • Provide support in event coordination, training logistics, and company initiatives.
  • Undertake any other duties reasonably requested by management within the scope of the role.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Additional certifications in office management or administration are an advantage.
  • Experience working in an administrative support role within a multinational or complex organisation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and general IT systems.
  • Experience handling confidential information and sensitive documentation.
  • Background in supporting HR or operations teams is desirable.
  • Experience coordinating logistics, travel, or events is beneficial.
