The role includes managing employee affairs, coordinating government transactions, and ensuring smooth internal administrative processes.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management
  • Handle employee affairs, records, and documentation
  • Follow up on government-related transactions and platforms
  • Manage contracts, renewals, and employee documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support attendance, leave management, and administrative records
  • Assist with basic HR tasks and internal coordination
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
  • Handle day-to-day administrative and office-related tasks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in administration or HR support roles
  • Experience handling government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business)
  • Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law basics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of Arabic and English
