Job description
What you will enjoy doing

You will oversee daily operations of all company facilities (offices, and accommodations) by coordinating maintenance requests, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.

  • Supervise cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and related facility services.
  • Also, you will manage facility-related inspections, approvals, and renewals.
  • This role is important to handle office supplies, utilities, and administrative purchase requests in coordination with procurement team.
  • Supervise company transportation schedules and vehicle usage.
  • Manage courier services, mail distribution, and general office communication systems.
  • Further, oversee staff accommodation assignments, contracts, and capacity planning, and ensure regular maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, utilities, and transportation to/from accommodations.
  • Maintain documentation for facility licenses, inspection certificates, and safety compliance.
  • Support SHEQ and HR audits by providing admin/facility-related data and reports.
  • Your analysis skills will be required to prepare periodic reports on admin and facility performance indicators.
