Online & Governmental Research
  • Scan online portals, real estate websites, and regulatory platforms (e.g., Balady, WAFI, municipalities) to identify newly approved projects.
  • Extract approval statuses, license numbers, developer registrations, and project milestones.
Raw Data Collection & Structuring
  • Gather project‑specific data, including location, land size, developer name, stage of construction, and contact details.
  • Record and upload data in a standardised format to a centralised backend dashboard created for business development.
Dashboard Management & Updation
  • Maintain and regularly update the internal database with verified, timestamped entries for all scouted projects.
  • Classify entries by project stage (approved, under construction, nearing completion), region, and developer profile.
Data Validation & Coordination
  • Coordinate with Relationship Managers to validate project information before initiating commercial discussions.
  • Share field insights to support negotiation strategies, feasibility assessments, and project prioritisation.
Early Opportunity Identification
  • Act as the first layer of opportunity filtration for business development by continuously identifying fresh leads.
  • Provide timely alerts for projects in high‑demand corridors, newly launched phases, or government‑endorsed zones.
