Discover the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Tax Manager to manage client relationships and oversee service delivery for our Saudi Arabian portfolio. This role combines client engagement, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensure compliance with local regulations, and drive continuous improvement in service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Serve as the main contact for A&T clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and exceptional service.
  • Service Delivery: Coordinate all aspects of A&T operations between clients, delivery teams, and subcontractors; resolve escalations promptly.
  • Growth & Business Development: Identify opportunities for additional services and support pre‑sales activities.
  • Leadership: Act as an individual contributor with potential to build a local team as business grows.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, and TMF policies; maintain strong risk controls.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in accounting/tax within a client‑facing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IAS/IFRS and Saudi/regional tax regulations.
  • Proven ability in client management and service delivery coordination.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing clients desirable.
