Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the finance and accounting domain and be proficient in using Xero software . The role involves managing financial records, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting financial decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi tax laws (VAT, Zakat, etc.) and other financial regulations.
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate employee financial records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports to support business decision‑making.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Work closely with auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance.
  • Utilize Xero accounting software for financial reporting and bookkeeping.
  • Support financial planning and improve accounting processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Proficiency in Xero accounting software is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is mandatory.
